Fast drafting without weakening the human sign-off

Mapping questions to a unit of competency in minutes, and why the assessor's approval has to stay the slow part.

Drafting assessment questions from a unit of competency used to take an afternoon. It now takes a few minutes, and that speed is where the risk sits.

Nothing here reaches a learner until an assessor approves it. That is not a setting we recommend leaving on; it is the default, and it is the part that has to stay slow.

Every attempt is kept, with the question as approved and the reason each answer was marked the way it was. That is what an audit asks for.

Fast drafting and a human sign-off are not in tension. The first is only worth having because the second is there.
